It’s been a long time coming and a lot of hard work and dedication, but we are excited to announce that nextprojection.com has officially launched. In grand total almost a year has gone by since we really decided that this was the direction we wanted to take Next Projection, however this considerable length of time that has passed has only heightened our anticipation and ultimately our satisfaction that this day brings.
A new era has indeed begun, but our prerogative stays the same; here at Next Projection we attempt through our essays and reviews to bring the best of today’s and yesterday’s films to cinephiles with the hopes of initiating a thought-provoking discussion of cinema. One thing has changed however, and that is that we are no longer alone, as two new members have joined our Next Projection team: Joe Galm and Guido Pellegrini. In Joe and Guido, we have received two talented writers whose thoughts on cinema we hold in the highest regard.
Out of all the hard work put in to making today possible, there is one individual that I feel needs to be recognized and that individual is Phiroze Noble who without we would be lost. Our idea for a site would be just that, an idea, but because of Phiroze our idea has become a reality. He brought with him not only his incredible talents, but an impressive sense of professionalism that made the whole process rewarding and enjoyable every step of the way.
